My hobby

Different people have different hobbies according to their moods. Hobby is a thing that we do for our amusement in our holiday time. As I have many hobbies. My hobby is book Reading, because I love reading book. I read the different books, sometime I read the Islamic books, sometimes I read the novels, and stories. I like the learning. I like doing new experiments. Beside this I like cooking. I help her mother in kitchen for make the foods. Furthers i like the play games. As badminton and volley boll is my favorite’s games. Gardening is included in my hobbies. I get seeds of different flowers and sow them in a small plot in front of my house. I water the seeds daily. After few days, the small plants begin to peep outside. I enjoy the beauty of these flowers whenever I get tired or become sad.I go there and sit in the company of these attractive flowers.

I want to discuss today, about the student’s visit from Nust University. Miss Fariha gave them time, and told them about organization details. Fariha is hardworking and intelligent lady. She gave them answer of their questions very confidently. She advised them, that they should choose their career according to their interest. I am very impressed by the working style of fariha.

For increment Request.

I want to discuss with you people that, last Friday I went to sir asad’s room. I requested him that, I need a raise in my salary. He asked me, why I want a raise in my salary. I told him that, I am working for this organization since three years ,but my increment still due and my mother is ill. I also support my family. So I need increment in my salry. He said to me, that “you have to wait” And he will think about this. Now I am praying that sir increase my salary.

How to develop interpersonal skills

Interpersonal skills are the skills that a person uses to interact with others. As we know every person have a different abilities but they can increase their interpersonal skills by the passage of time. Interpersonal skills are sometimes also referred to as people skills or communication skills. Interpersonal skills involve using skills such as active listening and tone of voice, they include delegation and leadership. It is how well you communicate with someone and how well you behave or carry yourself. Also they help people further their careers. It is called interpersonal skills. There are many ways which we can use to develop interpersonal skills: If our communication is good then automatically relationship will be good from others. If we are hardworkes then we can develop our interpersonal skills. As we can say that before hard work nothing is fruitful. Everything we will find after a lot of struggle. If People have good qualification and good experience in their working field then Interpersonal skills could be increased. Technology has changed our life, some changing are following: There are many technology as TV, Redio, Computer, Internet, Mobial, etc which are in our use. Thinking and living standard of people change, due to technology. Technology has completely changed the scope of education. Before technology all students get the education in registered institutes. But due to technology mostly students prefer to get education online more then the registered institutes. Technology helps in getting success. As we can say in modern life technology role is most important, without technology invention people can not achieve their goal. We can use technology in different ways of life as we use in official work, because in modern period we work on computers. We can save our time and we communicate with the People in few mints through the technology.

Relations of Pakistan with neighbor countries

Relationships of Pakistan with neighbors countries depends on certain situations like sometimes very kind in disaster etc, and sometimes very diplomatic to achieve goal. Especially with US we mostly possess diplomatic relations, because we are getting a lot of help for our economic purpose. If we look back in history then we can understand very easily that Pakistan always try to built bilateral r multilateral agreement based relations with other countries even we achieved Pakistan after a lot of struggle based on bilateral agreement. No doubt Pakistan have a lot of military n atomic power but do no want to use force as a tool against others in any political, social etc issue with some countries we have conflicted relations but only due to the ideological clashes.

There are many ways which we can use in career growth.As they are following: High qualification: If People have a high qualification and well experience in work then career growth will be increase. If people will do their work honestly and efficiently then career growth will be good. High status: We can achieve good status in society by earning good wealth. Our career also belongs to the workplace and also cooperation between colleagues because we are spending a lot of time with them. When ever any body will violate from any social or legal obligations he will be punished either in the form of code or social system, like jirga system in ever rural areas. 23rd March 1940 carries a significant importance in lives of every Pakistani. Having an after-school job will interfere with the student’s academic life. An after-school job interferes because the job takes away from the time a student has to study. Employed students have less time to study than their unemployed friends. So we should first complete our study then we move to job.

As every one knows that unnecessary level of pollution is dangerous to human & animal health, and other living things. Pollution is a serious issue in the world now a days. Through the environment pollution, we face different diseases, like typhoid, diarrhea, jaundice, hepatitis etc.
There are many ways to save the environment from pollution, as they are following:
If there build the parks and grew the plants then environment could be saved from pollution.
Instead of directly throwing the garbage in open area, there build the proper garbage throwing system then environment will be save from pollution.
There should must be sewage system. There don’t stand the water in streets. There must be covered the conduit and gutters so environment will be save from pollution.
Maintain smoke throwing vehicles so as to prevent any leakages, oils are major cause of pollution.

If Pakistan’s economy is well then our country gets the development. Pakistani currency rate is very low, which the results of increase in price. There is alot of loss in market value of a property. In Pakistan poverty ratio is increasing day by day and population growth rate is increasing annually. There banking system is very poor.People borrows money from banks and they do not return the loan.

As we know life is dependent on water, and without water no form of life can survive. Every year thousands and thousands of people, especially children, fall prey to water-borne diseases, and nearly half of them die. Water pollution is a serious issue, we face today.
There are many ways to prevent water pollution, as they are following.
If we keep water clean, and we do not thrown the garbage in rivers, lakes and other water places then we should burn the garbage so we can protect the water pollution.
We should use the filters water or after boiling we drink the water.
Preserve water by turning off the tap when running water is not necessary. This helps prevent water shortages and reduces the amount of polluted water that needs treatment.
By having more plants in your garden you are preventing fertilizer, pesticides and impure water from running off into nearby water sources.
Maintain your vehicles so as to prevent any leakages, oils are major cause of water pollution.

Agriculture products in Pakistan

There are many agriculture products in Pakistan. The main agricultural products are cotton, wheat, rice, sugarcane, fruits, and vegetables, milk, beef, mutton, and eggs. There are two major seasons, kharif and Rabi. Cotton, rice, and sugarcane are produced during the kharif season, which lasts from May to November. Wheat is the major Rabi crop, which extends from November to April.
As we know agriculture is a very important part of Pakistan's economy. Agriculture is a source of millions people income. Pakistan soil is fertile, that’s why Pakistan agro based country. Pakistan depends on one of the world's largest irrigation systems to support production.

Solar Energy:
Hydroelectric: Hydro power is generated by using electricity generators to remove energy from moving water. Pakistan’s total hydroelectricity production is 4963 megawatt, from its river Indus. We can produce hydroelectricity to create steep slopes in rivers and canals.
Thermal Electricity: Pakistan produce the electricity from the thermal resources, thermal resources are oil, gas, and coal, Diesel, patrol.

Rural areas are vast than the urban areas.
Rural atmosphere is so fresh then the urban atmosphere. Because there are many plants and crops.Plants and crops emissions the oxygen, it is most important for us. Rural life is so peaceful, there is no noise of transport, and there is no pollution of transport.
Pure food is available there, which are necessary for every one, but in urban areas we do not gets the pure things.
Rural area people are so simple and they are so host. They always care the others. Rural environment gives one the sense of society, everyone becomes part of your family, but in urban areas people are busy in their works, they cannot meet the others.

Imports and Exports of Pakistan:

As we know there is no country in the world today which produces all the supplies it needs. Every country, therefore, tries to produce those commodities in which it has comparative advantage.
Imports:
Imports are those things which are brought the others countries, for fulfill their needs, it is called imports. In major imports are petroleum, production oil, tea, sugar chemicals, machinery, iron paper, and steel etc.Pakistan imports were worth 3125 Million USD in November of 2010.Recently Pakistan faces the floods disasters, so Pakistan goods are damage, due to disasters here is deficiency of goods. Then Pakistan brought the goods from the others countries.
Exports:
Exports are those things which produce in Pakistan and sales the others countries, it is called exports, as raw cotton ,cloth, rice carpets and rugs and leather etc are include of exports things.

My Favorite Sport.

There are many games in the Pakistan, as they given below:
Hockey, Cricket, Kabaddi, badminton, volleyball, Football, basketball, Tabletenis, and etc,
Hockey is the national Gameof Pakistan but cricket is the most popular game in the Pakistan. Traditional games like Kabbadi and other well known games are also playing in the Pakistan.
My favorite sport is badminton, I play very well, I play in weekend with sister. When I play badminton I always won the badminton match because my badminton service is so well, and in the college days I am player of badminton.
As we know that sport role is very important in life. As we can says more about game that, Games play an important part in the growth of human beings especially teenagers and school going children.If person continually doing work, so their minds continue busy for a long time. Games and sports provide us relaxation. Games give us health. Sports teach us great qualities of discipline and self-control.

Pakistan’s Economy:

As we know Pakistan is a South Asian country that was established in 1947.Its neighboring regions includes India, Iran, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, and China.
Here I am describing about the Pakistan’s economy:
Pakistan has a semi-industrialized economy, Pakistan’s economic condition is so poor, because there is a lot of inflation and a lot of unemployment, due to this Pakistani nation is face a lot of problems .They cannot easily survive. If Pakistan’s economy is well then our country gets the development. Pakistani currency rate is very low, which result the increase of expanses. There is a lot of loss in market value of a property. In Pakistan poverty ratio is increasing day by day and population growth rate is increasing annually. Pakistani banking systems is very poor. People borrow money from banks and they do not return that loan.

Pakistan as Nuclear power:

There are many nuclear power sites are in Pakistan, Here I am describing about the main laboratory as they are follow:
A. Q. Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) (Kahuta)
Kahuta is the site of the Research Laboratories (KRL) Its main nuclear weapons laboratory of Pakistan. Abdul Qadeer Khan is recognization of this laboratory. In KRL builds a lot of latest weapon and bombs. It’s used for safety of Pakistan, because many Enemy of Pakistan, so here are risk of attacks. Due to nuclear power invention we can save this problem. As Pakistan continues to develop and increase for nuclear weapon capability. Nuclear power produced by controlled nuclear reactions.Commercial and utility plants currently use nuclear fission , reactions to heat water to produce steam, which is then used to generate electricity. Pakistan's nuclear weapons program was established in 1972 by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, who founded the program while he was Minister for Fuel, Power and Natural Resources, and later became President and Prime Minister.

Difference between rural and urban life:

Rural Life:
As we know rural areas are less modern and open than urban areas. They can have an agricultural character. Rural areas are settled places outside towns and cities. People there more attached to there traditions and thinking. They do not want to move in urban areas, they always think that rural life is best but in real they have not find the facilities more then the urban. They are happy to live in rural areas. They do not found in rural areas hospitals, schools, and banks. They want to live simple life. We see every where greenery in rural areas, there atmosphere is so fresh due to plant and crafts. There are available of domestic foods.
Urban Life:
Urban areas are modern .Because there are many facilities available then the rural areas as school colleges hospital, bank. But there are not fresh atmosphere due to traffic .There are not domestic foods then the rural areas. Urban life is so busy life,we can not give the time each others.

Effects of technology on education:

As we know technology is the big gift for us. There are two effects of technology on the education. As they are follow.
Positive Effects on the education: We can get the knowledge through the technology easily, As we can get the online education. Then we can save our time through the technology. We can used to technology in It field. Now days IT field is very important in life, IT field is going fastly because a lot of program has becomes. So we can learn the it information through the technology .If we know important of technology education then we can achieved the many success. Negative Effects on the education:
Where technology gives us benefits, also there are many negative effects. As if we can use the technology in wrong ways, likes we use extra chatting, because we waste their time in extra evils, and due to our study is disturbed. Before the invention of television and internet, people had ways of having fun together every day, but now a day’s people used the computer, and they can not talk to others. They would play games with each other, but now days they play games with computer. So they cutoff the others. It is the negative effects.

How to overcome self inaccuracy:

There are many types of self inaccuracy in person.
As we know every person have a some self inaccuracy. Some people have a misbehavior inaccuracy, so we should improve these self inaccuracies without taking any tension. If we take any decision then we can achieved that target, because every thing is possible if we try. Some people have a low confidence, as in real people have an ability for doing any work. But due to deficiency in their confidence, they could not accomplish the task, because they feel it is not possible for them.Some people use to tell a lie and it’s a big deficiency. People should avoid telling a lie and should try to speak truth.Some people have a bad habits, that they always comment the others characters, so we should finish the these bad habbit.We need to begin sharp self-awareness to achieve needed performance improvements.As we know every person do the mistakes in life, they are not imperfect. Every man learn after mistakes, so we should try if we do any mistake then we do not repeat again.
