How to overcome Tension and Stress:

As we know life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands. For many people, stress is so commonplace that it has become a way of life.
There are many ways which we can decrease our tensions and Stress.
If we keep always trust in God, and we follow the Islamic roles, we offer the prays daily then we can decrease our tensions and stress.
People always thinking about what might happen in the future or about past difficulties. There is no point becoming tense about something in the future. If we do not think too much about the future, then we can decrease our tension and stress.
We live happy and ignore the minor things then our tension and stress will be decrease.
If we do exercise daily then we can find maintly relaxation.
