Difference between miserliness and frugal:

There are difference between miserliness and frugal, as they are following
Miserliness:
Miserliness is a type of miser, which means a person who is very much reluctant to spend money, in real they have money, but due to miserliness, people don’t spend money, if miser person spend money they thought many time. So this is called miserliness.
Frugal:
To get goods and services in a limited way is called frugality. And for this purpose already owned economic goods and services are used, to achieve a longer term goal. They don’t take tension for buying things, because they can’t estimate their money.
