How to utilize wealth for welfare works

Here I am describing that how we can use our wealth in the welfare works. If we have money more then our needs, then we must use the wealth in the welfare works. As we should build the welfare institute and dares where people gets the knowledge without fee. We should give the donation in the welfare trust, as Eidhi home etc. And helps the poor people then we are using our wealth in the welfare works. We should build the clinic where poor person gets the good treatments. We should open the welfare handicraft centers where people learn the skills.
