Creativity means the imagination, idea, inspiration. As binging of the tasks, when we think the some idea in mind, which is called creativity, so which we can use in works. Different people have a creativity ability is high and different have a low.Creativity can be used to make products, process ,and services better, and it can be used to create them in the first place.Highly creative people have shown that many have a strong interest in plain confusion, disagreement, and difference, which appear to be real as challenges. Such persons may enjoy a very deep, broad, and flexible awareness of themselves. Creativity come from deep explanation studies reading humanities and social life issues. It may be change for different people in different field of life. Creative people always make more progress and more successful in practical life.

As we know that water role is very important in our life, because without water we could not survive in life. So water is very necessary for us.
Here I am describing water problems in Pakistan.
There are not proper water reservoir in Pakistan. There are no rains so there is deficiency of water in Pakistan, so lands are dry.
There are few dames. Government should to build the new dames for fulfill the needs of water.
Due to deficiency of water we are facing the electricity problem, which causes load shedding problem.
Due to Increasing in population there is deficiency of water in Pakistan.
Due to pollution of environment, there are many water problems.
Due to Water pollution, human happiness and Pakistan’s system are damaged

Why examination is necessary for evaluation.

Here I am describing why examination is necessary for the evaluation.
As we know Evaluation is part of the whole process of change that is education and training. So we can say examination is necessary for checking of all years performance, As if we do any work in practical life, its final result will be called in evaluation.Training evaluation can help to describe the training objectives. Here I am explaining more about the examination evaluation. For example if we learn education in the schools, then in last teacher takes the exams for checking the student’s ability, because they want to know their performance. So they can evaluate student abilities.

How to overcome self deficiencies

There are many types of deficiencies in overself.
As we know every person have some deficiencies.Some people have misbehavior deficiencies, so we should improve these deficiencies without taking any tension. If we take any decision then we can achieved that target, because every thing is possible if we try. Some people have a low confidence, as in real people have ability of doing any work. But due to deficiency in their confidence, they could not accomplish the task, because they feel it is not possible for them. Some people use to tell a lie and it’s a big deficiency.People should avoid telling a lie and should try to speak truth.Some people have bad habit that they always comments the others characters, so we should finish the these deficiencies. The Pakistan Army is a professional fighting force.If there is any critical satiation in Pakistan, like disaster, flood, earthquake, or wars then, Pakistan army always here to help and fight for nation. The Army has fought four wars with neighboring India and several borders. A Pakistan army force is most respectable profession. Pakistan army force role is very important for the defense of Pakistan. Pakistan army has tried to solve the Kashmir problem, but still now Kashmir problem has remain the unsolved.

Pakistan Air Force is very powerful organization in Pakistan.Pakistan Air Force workers gets the many benefits.
NEVY FORCE:
Pakistan Navy is the naval force of Pakistan. Its responsibilities are to protect sea border etc.

Summer and winter are main weather.
Summer
As we know, It is a hot weather, mostly people do not like the summer season, because temperature of most of the areas get very high in summer, And days are long in the summer season, So people easily complete their routine tasks then the winter days.
In this season people use to change their lifestyle, just like we wear soft clothes like lawn and cotton.
Winter
It is a cold season, most of the people like this season, and nights are long in the winter season, then the summer season.
People wear sweaters and warm clothes in the winter, and eats the dry food like peanuts, almonds, pistachio, dry apricots etc.
Spring
It is a lovely season, I like this season a lot, because greenery appears everywhere .Every person feels freshness everywhere and enjoys this season.
Autumn
It is dry weather, leaves fall from the trees, and everything looks dull in this season.So people do not like this seoson.Every persons want this season should be quickly finished.

As we know that time role is very important in our life. Without time punctuality, we could not get the success. Because time passes fastly and never comes back.Time never wait for anyone, as it always said time is money. So we should keep in mind the value of time Punctuality. We should not waste the time.We should always use the time for good purpose, as we can use the our time in getting the education. So if crops are damaged then what we will use in the food? So crops and plants are necessary for our health. Plants help us for taking the oxygen as we know oxygen is very important for health, because we use oxygen for taking breath. So without oxygen we could not live in life.

Here I am describing difference between hardware and software items.
As we know Software and hardware are electronic-related terms, so different types of software and hardware are available in the market.
Hardware:
Every one knows that Hardware includes are electronic-related item, as some accessory of computer which we can physically touch and handle there is called hardware items. As disks, screens, keyboards, printers, chips, wires, central processing unit, floppies, USB ports, etc.which is called hardware items.
Software:
Software is also included are electronic-related items, so there is some items are included in the software, which we can not feel with the physical senses for example, system operating system, an anti-virus program, the memory, all data, reports window installation , etc its is called is software.
Conclusion:
In the last without hardware and software accessory, electronic items could not operate. So Software and hardware are dependent of each others.

Pakistan is our Islamic country. Pakistan has established 14 august in 1947, as first Muslim country of the world. A relation between India and Pakistan were so bad before the freedom of Pakistan. Because the Hindu majority of India was hesitant to give the Muslims their rights of freedom and worship, Indian always selfish to the Muslims, they always wanted to Muslims do not get the progress.Quaid-e-Azam proclaim that the India Muslim is separate nation quite different from Hindus in respect of the religion custom, and creed, The hard effort of Quaid-e-Azam was brought fruits, muslims were considered the separate nation. We get the Pakistan after hard efforts of Quaid-e-Azam. He did the alot of straggle then we live in freedom. Though there are people of every religion but majority of them are Muslims. There are some suggestions for Pakistan‘s prosperity, which we can use in helps for Pakistan’s prosperity as they are follow.
If we should follow the Islamic teaching then Pakistan gets the lot of prosperity.
If our relation is good in the international countries then it’s helpful in the Pakistan‘s prosperity.
Education has very important role in the success of Pakistan. Without education Pakistan could not get the prosperity. Education gives the awareness and is helpful for taking the correct decisions. Education gives the self confidence and makes us independent. If Pakistani people are educated then they can helpful in the success of Pakistan. Educated people can join the different fields, as some people joins the medical field to help the nation, and some prefers to join the teaching field. Some prefers to join the information and Technology field. So through the education people helps in the success of Pakistan. Pakistan can gain an excellent reputation through the education. Sports Industries:
A sports industry is so famous. Because they make sports things, which is necessary in the growing of Pakistan.
Advantages of industries:
Due to industries people get the income source, and industries also finish the unemployment. Because financial problem is major problem. So Industries give a lot of benefits especially for poor areas of person because they are illiterate, so they work in the industries.

Load shedding is affecting on Industrial Production and big affects on livelihood thousands of families.
In Pakistan heavy rains and storms comes due which it uproots the pillars and wires, and power supply is off many many days, because there is not proper equipment.
Electricity problem increasing due to population, because our resources are much less to fulfill the needs of the quickly growing population
Gas Problem.
Gas problem is too much in Pakistan, spacialy in rural area people face the a lot of problem, they could not get the facilities of gas, they used the woods. So we should avoid to use the extra gas. Increasing of population is the big affecting on gas. So there is deficiency of gas.

There are many kinds of pollution ,as they are
Air pollution, Water Pollution, Soil pollution, Noise Pollution and Light pollution
Here I am describing that how we can decrease the pollution in the environment.
We should build the proper disposal garbage systems. And we must avoid to thrown the garbage in the streets.
We should keep the cleanness in the environment.

Here I am describing that how we can use our wealth in the welfare works. If we have money more then our needs, then we must use the wealth in the welfare works. As we should build the welfare institute and dares where people gets the knowledge without fee. We should give the donation in the welfare trust, as Eidhi home etc. And helps the poor people then we are using our wealth in the welfare works. Eid-ul-Azha Celebration in Pakistan.

As we know we celebrates the two Eids in the Pakistan .as one is eid-ul-fitar ,which we call the small eid word.Eid ul fitar came into after ramzan .But Here I am describing about the Eid-ul-Azha which we cal this eid from the big Eid word. As we know on the Eid day muslims first offered the Eid prayers and then they sacrifice their animals.After gives the immolation muslims distributes the meat in the neighbors and their reletives home. Every muslim celebrate this festival happily. Every muslim get together on the eid day,because school colleges and offices closed on the eid day.So people enjoys the eid day with their family members.Eid learns us brotherhood. Every muslim gives the immolation for complete the sunhat –e-Ibrahim. So if we have a money, gold or sliver etc ,then we must follow the sunhat-e- Ibrahim, because its duty on the muslims.

Describe Your Daily Office Routine:

My daily office work duties are as follow:
I attend daily incoming calls and dialed numbers, and note the incoming and dialed calls on the registered. I handle the guests, and inform the employees and note down the guest information in the registered. Beside this, I maintain the daily attendance sheet with the every employees enter and exit time in the excel sheets, and I calculate the employees attendance hours. After taking the attendance I forwards to H.R. I look after the stationary, and if any employees need the stationary things, I gives them, and note the stationary record in registered. And I receive the courier and others documents and gives the employees. Beside this I receive the c.v and forward to H.R. I order the kitchen stock things, after receiving the things, I keep the receipt in the file, as a record and inform the H.R. I copies the documents, when needed the employees. Its all is included in my daily duty no more is else yet now.

There are a lot of problems in the start of new business. Its depend on the business what business you are going to start. Here are some problems to start of the new business, as they given below:
Finance /Capital are the major problems in the start of new business. Beside this, we need the proper place in the start of business, because we need the good environment where workers do the work easily. We do not find the honest and hard workers in the start of the business, its not easily possible that’s why businessman face problems in the start of business. Illiterate person cannot get the good income resources, that why uneducated person is so difficult for easily to survive in life.

If we meet the other people then we can increase our self confidence, because when we communicate with the others then our speaking hesitation will be decrease.

The rate of population in Pakistan is very high, that why Financial problems are main reason of undevelopment .There are less chances of establish the small business in the Pakistan with little investment. They do not even get loan on easy terms from banks. The rate of population in Pakistan is very high. In Pakistan women feel hesitation for doing work with the male staff. People feel jealous to another. They can’t see success of other people.

Poverty in Pakistan:

There are a lot of poverty issues in the Pakistan. Because lack of education in the Pakistan. Although people are educated, but they do not get the opportunities for the employment. And beside this biggest problems of poverty is Population of growing in the Pakistan.Sapecialy rural areas face the a lot of problems of poverty because there are not good income resources, that’s why their children do not get proper education and poverty is growing day by day. If we help the poor people then we finish the some poverty in the Pakistan. Then they also live happily.

There are many political issues in Pakistan. Political issues in Pakistan are just like a popular TV show, where all people fighting more different dispute and issues with members of family, only just fighting to get governance, to get power and money, not for people of country only for their own selves, they do not fight for the rights of people, they are just struggling for authority. They just need to fulfill their own demands and need benefits for their self. I think these problems are because of lack of education in this field, most of the politicians are illiterate but as they have strong financial background so they appears as leaders of country, They use people for their cheap politics, at the time of election they come to our houses and do promise to finish our problems but when they selected at the seats they just forget us, and every leader think his benefits. But we are also responsible for this situation, if we do not give them chance, then we get rid them.

Natural resources are power resources, such processes consists of procedures like cleansing, sterilization and even distillation. We get production through the Pakistan land. Natural resources consist the hard minerals and the soft minerals. The hard minerals are consist of metals like gold, silver, iron, and copper. And beside this Limestone, marble, sulphur and soapstone is included in natural resources.

Education System of Pakistan

Education system is substandard in Pakistan to many reasons out of which standard or sector of education is most important. There are different types of education in our country, private sector education and government or public sector education. Idea and way of education is totally different in both sector, in private sector standard of education is very good, but on the other side government sector education system is out of date, due to nonseriousness of every government regarding issues in education system. But there are many government schools where management for education is very poor, that why parents prefer to admit their children into private sector. Government has established many school, colleges and universities throughout the country that has been improved the education. Education is organized into these levels: primary, middle, matriculation, intermediate graduate levels and above. Different universities and schools are registered to different boards.

There is various transportation which runs this route, which is an experience in itself. Public busses are common in big cities like Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar and Karachi Peshawar. The rate for a travel is someplace between 10Rp-20Rp around the town. The passengers are divided by gender, female in front and male behind. Female passengers will not feel too uncomfortable with the journey.Public buses are a good way to get around in cities in Pakistan. People can usually point you a correct bus to the target you want to go. But if you have a local friend, they will maybe tell you not to go with public buses mainly if you are a female. Female in Pakistan don’t go to public without a male companion.Most of the time I am in public buses, no complain so distant even if sometimes the driver can be really irresponsible.

History of 14 August 1947

We found Pakistan after a lot of efforts. Our beloved country Pakistan came into existence on 14th August, 1947, The Muslims of the sub-continent achieved for themselves a homeland after a good deal of hardship. The hind majority of India was hesitant to give Muslims their rights of freedom, and worship, they always hate the Muslims. They always want Muslims should not develop more then the Hindus, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah proposed fourteen amendments in the Nehru’s Report. Quaid-e-Azam organized the Muslims of India on the platform of Muslims league, and Qauid-e-Azam declared that Muslims in India are a separate nation, quite different from Hindus in respect of Religion, customs and creed. The hard Qauid-e-Azam efforts brought fruits. Then Muslims get the our prosperity, and we live in freedom in this country.

It is most sacred book, It means the most widely read book, Its author is not a human being, God is its aurthours.He sent book to the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) Through an angel in parts, The companions of the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him collected the parts which verses were written and gave them the shape of a book, I daily recite it, So long as I go reciting it, I feel as if I am talking with GOD. It is a complete history, a unique Philosophy, It is written in Arabic, and its language is very forceful. I have not seen and any book that can teach a man so many subjects as Quran does, it is an everlasting book. It can meet all the challenges in all the time. It is only for the betterment of human beings. All Muslims treat the Quran with great respect.

We celebrate two Eids in Pakistan, Eid –ul- Fitr and Eid –ul-Azha. Quaid -e- Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the my fevourite personality.Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the founder of Pakistan. He was a great leader. he was so hardwork.He was born in Karachi on December 25, 1876.After his early education in Karachi and bambay he went to England for higher education; he distinguished himself over there and returned India as barrister. He started law practice in bambay, In a short time. He became one of the best lawyers at congress and worked for Hindu Muslim unity. Later on, when he came to know that Hindu leaders were narrow minded, he left congress and joined Muslim league. He worked hard for the good of the Muslims and organized them on March 23, 1940 the Muslim league passed a resolution demanding, separate homeland for the Muslims of India. It is known as Pakistan resolution.
As a result of his struggle Pakistan became in august 14, 1947, He died on September 11, 1948
